Julene brings over five years of experience in Human Resources, having worked across nonprofit, healthcare, education, and financial settings. Her journey into Senior Care began in 2018 through church outreach programs, where she developed a strong connection to serving the elderly. That same calling guided her into HR, where she’s supported staffing needs across multiple care facilities and worked closely with teams to find people who truly want to make a difference.
Julene has hands-on experience in many areas of HR, including hiring, onboarding, compliance, staff support, and maintaining clear communication across departments. She’s completed three years of education in Human Resources and is finishing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She continues to grow in the field by pursuing additional certifications. As a military spouse, Julene values stability, kindness, and dedication—qualities she looks for in every caregiver she meets.
